Ceratops

Biology

Ceratops is a dinosaur unlocked by 120 points , he is an pacific dinosaur , he can die by 10 shots of pistol , 8 shots of shotgun , 4 shots of X bow , 2 shots of DB shotgun and Sniper and 1 shot of Revolver.

Ceratops is an incredibly rare dinosaur, being recognized as critically endangered. Two similar species found in the same region as it; Triceratops, found all throughout Centralia East, and Chasmosaurus, found throughout Centralia West. Ceratops, however, is restricted to only a few small regions of Centralia East.

The reason for this small population is likely caused by competition with TriceratopsTriceratops was able to out-compete Ceratops in several ways. For one, Triceratops is a more hardy, generalist animal, able to crack through hard plants whilst still consuming soft plants. Ceratops, however, is more specialized towards consuming softer plants.

Triceratops is also far more durable, possessing an impressive amount of bulk, whilst Ceratops' major defense is a few spines along its back.

Thus, Triceratops became the dominant species of the region, whilst Ceratops' numbers steadily dropped until it reached the situation it is in today. Conservation groups now have taken measures and worked with DHC in order to preserve what is left of the population, including prohibiting hunting them and providing them protection from poachers. If someone is found guilty of hunting or harming a Ceratops, they could be given fines of at least 300 credits and at most jail time.:
